Coronavirus measures

Social distancing

Please maintain the compulsory minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other people at all times. The seats around the dining tables and in the other seating areas have all been set up at this distance.

Face mask requirement

You will be required to wear a face mask throughout the event unless you are in your assigned seat. You may also remove your mask to eat and drink in the high and low seating areas away from the dining area.

Unfortunately, there are currently a huge number of changes in the regulations – fortunately mostly relaxations, but these make it impossible to make an exact statement at this time. We are doing our best to make the event as safe and enjoyable as possible for you and will keep you informed. 

No, smoking is not permitted in the actual event spaces. However, there are plenty of places to smoke outside of the venue.

Once you have successfully registered for this event, you will be able to make your menu selection.

Yes, there is a vegetarian option. You must actively select and confirm this when selecting your menu.

Given the number of guests and the current coronavirus regulations, a fixed seating plan must be set before the event. As a result, it is not possible for you to choose who you will sit next to.

Of course, the most important thing is for you to feel comfortable. Nevertheless, we ask you to wear something appropriate for the festive event.

Yes, there are enough parking spaces available on site.

The official part of the event starts at 6 pm (entry is possible from 5 pm). The program for the evening runs in stages until approx. 10 pm. We won’t throw you out after that, there is still plenty of time for a relaxed get-together. An after-dinner party with dance floor and music is also planned.
However, this plan may change owing to the current situation.

Yes, there will be a shuttle service from the event venue to the nearest stop for public transport.

Please bring your personal admission ticket with you. You can show this either electronically on your mobile or as a print-out.
